Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Mana Soulcrafts
At Mana Soulcrafts, we strive to provide a supportive, healing, and personalized experience for every individual. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your session or course, we ask that you follow the guidelines outlined in this policy.
Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before booking a session or course.
Session Cancellation by You
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellation Notice of 24+ Hours: If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge, and you may book another session at a mutually agreed-upon time.
- Cancellation Notice of Less Than 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps us cover the time and preparation that went into organizing the session.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and the session will be considered forfeited.
Course Cancellation by You
Once a course is purchased and you have been granted access to the materials, cancellations are not accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies). Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details on course cancellations.
Rescheduling a Session
If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate you by offering an alternative time slot. If rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Cancellation by Us
- In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session or course, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.
- Offer you an alternative date or session time at your convenience.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for any pre-paid sessions or courses.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. If you are unable to attend a session or course due to unforeseen personal or medical reasons, please contact us. We may offer the opportunity to reschedule or provide a credit for future sessions, at our sole discretion.
